What do I need to create a Glimp image?
It’s very simple! All you need is a video and a photo you like. You can also edit your own video and upload it instead of a regular video.
Is there a limit to the video length?
The recommended video length is up to one minute.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery takes 5–7 business days to all areas of Dubai.
How do I view the video?
With our app, you can scan the image and enjoy a unique experience.
Does using the app cost money?
No, using the app is free.
Does the image work over time, or does the video expire?
From the moment you receive your Glimp, you can use it without any time limitation.
Can I change the video after placing the order?
No. To prevent mistakes, there is a content approval process: the customer uploads the files they chose before printing and confirms everything is correct. After approval, the content cannot be changed.
Are the videos stored securely?
Yes. As a business based in the UAE, we ensure the privacy of your images. You can request female or male staff during the order process.
